I look before we talk
Your site, your search visibility, your competitors' pages, and your ad account if you share read-only access. So the call starts with findings rather than with me asking what your goals are.
Twenty minutes, whenever suits
Phone or video. Evenings and early mornings are usually easier for me than mid-afternoon, and I'll work around your day rather than the other way round.
You get it in writing
A short written summary of what to fix and in what order, with fixed prices against the parts I'd do. Yours to keep and act on, with me or without me.
